Hello, my name is Jessica and I am from Missouri. I have attended the church of Christ all my life and was baptized into Christ in, I believe, 1992 or 1993. I have been married for 7 years, and converted my husband from the Catholic religion. We have 2 children, ages 5 & 4. I am very excited to be on this site. There have been some trying times in my life recently and though I have not left the church, I sometimes don't feel worthy of His love and am making my way back to Him. I look forward to talking with all of you!

Hello Jessica,
I know that keeping our gaze on Jesus is not easy when the world is so alluring. Yet, if you
want to go to heaven, you will have to discipline yourself. If you spend time with Christians, it
will be easier to walk away from the world and it's problems (pleasures[?]). You have the power
to walk away from sin and every appearance of evil, because God has given you that power.
Read 1 Corinthians 10:12-13. Looking at the previous verses in 1 Corinthians 10 will show that
the events recorded are written for our encouragement and instruction and warning so that we
will not fall under the same condemnation.
You pray, and ask others to pray for you, and you re-dedicate yourself to the Lord. It won't be
easy, but if you stick it out and serve the Lord, the ultimate victory and blessings will be well worth it.
