My brother is John Parker, 36 years of age. He is in the Coast Guard and lives in Mobile, Alabama. He has discovered a large mass on his side, uncertain as to exactly what it may be at this time. He is having some diagnostic tests completed over the next few days and will most likely have surgery to remove it. Please pray for opportunities for him to hear the Truth and for his health.

My brother just advised me that the mass is hematoma, a pocket of blood, which has been there long enough to calcify. They are scheduling him for surgery to have it removed.

We are thankful it is not anything more serious.

Sonnie, surgery is never great, but considering the alternatives, this is good news. May God's hand be with the surgeon as he performs this procedure.
