If I was thinking right, I think I would have held the boy at gunpoint until the police arrived. Then the only charges would be on the boy for probably curfew violations and being in my home without my permission, (I can't see how a juvenile can consent at 4am for entrance to a residence). Sexual charges couldn't be filed due to the ages, but I think between my cop buddies we could probably make the fellow look over his shoulder for badges for a long, long time.
