It depends. Denominational baptism is not Bible baptism and thus, the person has not been saved. As for the name, the Lord's Church is mentioned by many designations in the scriptures. If one has been obedient to the gospel plan of salvation and has left the Lord's Church and is now attending a denomination, they are in error and MUST leave the denomination if they hope to be found faithful at the judgment.
