Because she has not been obedient to the gospel plan of salvation. Those who have been "saved" in denominations are not Christians. They must leave the denominations and be obedient to what the Bible teaches or they will be condemned on the day of judgment. Matthew 15:13
Palin has not been saved and still remains in her sins and is apart from God, as are all those in denominations. There is only one church (Ephesians 4:4), and that Church is taught in the NT. That church today is the Lord's Church, churches of Christ.
