:Hello in greetings I to am new in the form, my wife has money problems to, she stop for little while and continue, with a lot of love and understanding it helps, I believe that one must suffer so they can be cured, and begin to heel from any type of problem. it is a slow process but it what we need, Christ’s was trying to teach this, to pick up our cross and deny ourselves and follow him. Those that suffer will be cured, we must deal with the darkness before we can see the light.
Here is a study that can help us to understand. Hope

Suffering & Affliction;
Psalms. 116:15. Precious in the sigh of the LORD is the death of his saints.

Hebrew - word, Khaw - seed, meaning of word saint. Strong #no. 2623 also Greek - word strong # no. 40; hag - ee - os; meaning of word (saint,) blameless or religious, holy or Holy one, holy thing. Hagios fundamentally signifies separated and hence, in scripture in its moral and spiritual significance, separate from sin and therefore consecrated to God, sacred. (1) It is predicted of God (as absolutely “Holy One,” in His purity, Majesty and glory); (1a) of the Father (Lk. 1:49, Jn 17:11, Pet. 1:15), 1B) of the Son (Lk. 1:35,
Acts 3:14, 4:27), and (1c) of the Spirit (Mt. 1:18, II Tim. 1:14). (2) It is used of men and things in so far as they are devoted to God. (2a) Indeed the quality, as attributed to God is often presented in a way which involves divine demands upon the conduct of believers who are called hagioi, “Saints,” “Sanctified,” or “holy” ones.(3) This sainthood is not an attainment. (3a) It is a state into which God in grace calls men; yet (3b) Believer are called to sanctify themselves, (3b1) Consistently with their calling (II Tim. 1:9), (3b2) Cleaning themselves from all defilement, (3b3) forsaking sin, (3b4) living a holy manner of life
(I Pet. 1:15, II Pet. 3:11), and (3b5) experiencing fellowship with God in His holiness. (4) The Saints are thus figuratively spoken of as a holy temple (4a)
I Corn. 3:17, a local church; (4b) Eph. 2:21. The whole church, (5) Hagios expresses something more and higher than sacred, outwardly associated with God; something more than worthy, honorable; something more than pure, free from defilement. Hagios is more comprehensive. It is characteristically godlikeness. (6) the adjective is used (6a) of the outer part of the tabernacle (Heb. 9:2 “Sanctuary”=“the holy place”), (6b) of the inner sanctuary
(Heb. 9:3, “Holiest of all”=“the holy of holies”. (6c) of the city of Jerusalem
(Rev. 11:2) (6d) its temple (Acts 6:13) (6e) of the faith (Jude 20) (6f) of the greetings of saints (I Corn. 16:20) (6g) of angels (Mk. 8:38) (6h) of apostles and prophets (Eph. 3:5) (6I) of the future heavenly Jerusalem
(Rev. 21:2,10, 22:19). Syn.:38, 41, 42, 3741, 3742, 3743.

Psalms 50:5. Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice. Hebrews 10:12-18.
But this man, (JESUS), after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right of God; from henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool.
For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us; for after that he had said before, This is the covenant that I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.
Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.

Galatians 4:4-5. But when the fullness of the time was come, God sent forth his son, made of a woman, (Virgin Mary ) made under the law.

Romans 3:20-26; To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.

Romans 8:15; 9:4;Galatians 1:5-6;

Revelation 15:3. And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvelous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways thou king of saints.
Read Luke 16:20-23;
(The saint of God, Lazarus).

Psalms 4:3. But know that the Lord hath set apart him that is godly for himself; the Lord will hear when I call unto him.

Hebrews 13:5. Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have; for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

Matthew 6:24 -25. No man can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he hold to the one and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mamon. (which is money). Therefore I say unto you, take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on.
Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? Behold the fowls of the air; for they sow not, neither do they reap, no gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?

Matthew 6: 31 - 34. Therefore take no thought, saying what shall we eat? Or wherewithal shall we be clothed? Fr after all these things do the Gentile seek; for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
But seek ye first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Take therefore no thought for the morrow; for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

Romans 14:17. For the Kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Ghost.
John 6:27. Labor not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the son of man shall give unto you; for him hath God the Father sealed.

Matthew 25:34 -40. Then shall the king say unto them on his right hand, come ye blessed of my Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. For I was hungered and ye gave me meat; I was thirsty and ye gave me drink; I was a stranger and ye took me in; Naked and ye clothed me; I was in prison and ye came unto me.
Then shall the righteous answer him saying, Lord when saw we thee an hungered and feed thee? Or thirsty and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger and took thee in? or naked and clothed thee? Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? And the King, verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

II Corinthians 5:18-20. And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; to wit, that God was in Christ reconciling the world unto himself, not inputting their trespasses unto us the word of reconciliation. Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us; we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.
Hebrew - word, (Maw - veth),the meaning of this word, (Death) Strong #no 4194

Revelation 1:5-7. And from Jesus Christ who is the faithful witness and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the Kings of the earth. Unto him that love us and washed us from our sins in his blood, and hath made us kings and prie unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
Behold he cometh with clouds and every eye shall see him and they also which pierced him; and all kingreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so. Amen.

The first begotten of the dead. The firstborn, first fruits.

Colossians 1: 18. And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

I Corinthians 15:20 - 23;

Hebrews 1: 6. And again, when he bringeth in the first begotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.

In the Greek word Strong 4416, the word (Pro - toot - ok’ - os). meaning this word, first born, first begotten, Firstborn is used (1) of Christ as born of the Virgin Mary (Mt. 1:25; Lk. 2:7). (2) of his relationship to the Father, expressing his priority to and preeminence over creation, not in the sense of being the first to be born. (cf . Exo. 4:22; Deut. 21:16-17) (3) Chronologically, the four passages relating to Christ as firstborn, first begotten, may be set forth thusly; (3a) Colo. 1:15, Where His eternal relationship with the Father is in view, and the clause means both that He was the firstborn before all creation and that he Himself produced creation (the genitive case being objective as v.16 makes clear); (3b) Colo. 1:18. And Rev. 1:5. In reference to His resurrection; (3c) Rom. 8:29. His being firstborn among those living by faith alone in God the Father; (3d) Heb. 1:6. First begotten, stresses His superior positive, His preeminence over all; His second advent in contrast to His first advent, at His birth implied.

We read in Psalm 76:10, for thou wilt not leave my soul in hell (Jesus) neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

Colossians 1:18. And he is the head of body, the church; who is the beginning the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

Ecclesiastes 8:8. There is no man that hath power over the spirit to retain the spirit; neither hath he power in the day of death; and there is no discharge in that war; neither shall wickedness deliver those that are given to it.

Psalms 23:4. Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Psalms 48:14. Like sheep they are laid in the grave; death shall feed on them; and the upright shall have dominion over them in the morning; and their beauty shall consume in the grave from their dwelling.
Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them; for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

Genesis 15:1. After these things the word of the Lord came unto Abram in a vision, saying, fear not Abram, I am thy shield and thy exceeding great reward.

Ruth 1:16-17. And Ruth said, intreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee; for whither thou goest, I will lodge thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God; Where thou diest will I die and there will I be buried; the Lord do so to me, and more also if ought but dead part thee and me.
Proverbs 14:32. The wicked is driven away in his wickedness; but the righteous hath hope in his death.

I Corinthians 15:13-19. But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen; And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain.
Yea and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ; whom he raised.
And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain, ye are yet in your sins. Then they also which are fallen asleep in Christ are perished.
If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.

I Peter 1:3. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.

Philippians 1:20-21. According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life or by death. For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.

II Timothy 2:3 -4. THOU THEREFORE ENDURE HARDNESS, AS A GOOD SOLDIER OF JESUS CHRIST. NO MAN THAT WARRETH ENTANGLETH HIMSELF WITH THE AFFAIRS OF THIS LIFE; THAT HE MAY PLEASE HIM WHO HATH CHOSEN HIM TO BE A SOLDIER.

Our lord Jesus Christ asks us to fight good faith as a soldier. We read in

I Timothy 6:12. Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, where unto thou art also called and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.
Greek - word, (kak- op- ath - I - ahi ) Strong # 2553, meaning hardship, suffering, affliction. In II

Timothy 2:9-12. Wherein I suffer trouble as an evil doer, even unto bonds; but the word of God is not bound. Therefore I endure all things for the elect’s sake, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory. It is a faithful saying; For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him. If we suffer, we shall also reign with him; if we deny him, he will also deny us; Also we see in the Greek - word, Strong #No. 2553; (Kak -op - ath -eh -o) meaning of word, hardship, endure hardness, suffer trouble, endure affliction. Also Strong #No.2552;
Greek word
(Kak- op- ath -I -ah); also means, suffering affliction;

In James 5:10-11 Take my brethren the prophets who have spoken in the name of the Lord, for an example of suffering affliction, and of patience behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the land is very pitiful and of tender mercy. Also in Strong # No. 3958; Greek - words, Pas - kho, Path - O, the word pen - tho, used only in certain tenses for it; appar. A primary verb usually painful; suffer (39x) be vexed (1x), passion + 3588 (1x), feel (1x). Pascho, to suffer is used I. Of the suffering of Christ. (1) at the hands of men, eg., Mt. 16:21; 17:12; I Peter 2:23. (2) in His expiatory and vicarious sacrifice for sin, Hebrews 9:26, 13:112, Peter 2:27, 3:18. 4:1. 3) including both (1) and (2); Lk. 22:15, 24:26, 46, Acts 1:3. Passion; 3:18, 17:3, Hebrews 5:8. (4) by the antagonism of the evil one, Hebrews 2:18; II. of human suffering (1) of the followers of Christ; Acts 9:16, II Corinthians 1:6, Galatians 3:4, Philistines 1:29, I Thessalonians 2:14, II Thessalonians 1:5, II Timothy 1:12, I Peter 3:14, 17, 5:10; Revelations 2:10; (1a) in identification with Christ in His crucifixion, as the spiritual ideal to be realized. II Corinthians 17:23-28 Are they ministers of Christ? (I speak as a fool) I am more; in labous more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prioson more frequent, in deaths oft of the Jews five times received I forty stripes save one.
Thrice was I beaten with rods once was I stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck, night and a day I have been in the deep; In journeying often in perils of waters; in perils of robbers, in perils by mine own countryment, in perils by the heathen, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among false brethren; In weariness and painfulness, in watching often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness.
Beside those things that are without, that which cometh upon me daily, the care of all the churches. Who is weak and I am not weak?
II Timothy 4:1-5 I charge thee therefore begore God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

II Corinthians 1:6 And whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same suffering which we also suffer; or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation.

James 5:13 Is any among you afflicted? Let him pray. Is any merry? Let him sing psalms. Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.

James 5:16-18 The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availed much. Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain; and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months. And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.

Galatians 4:6-7 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the spirit of his son into your hearts, crying, Abba. Father. Wherefore thou art no more a servanr but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.

Philippians 4:6-8 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Finally brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise think on these things.

I Peter 5:10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. Greek word, Strong # No. 4754; Strat - yoo - om - ahee; mid voice from the base of 4756; to serve in a military campaign; fig to execute the apostolate( with its ardous duties and functions), to contend with carnal inclination; soldier (1x) goeth to warfare (1x) war (5x) stratocumuli, used in the middle voice, to make war (from stratos, an encamped army), is translated (1) to war, metaphorically, of spiritual conflict, in
