We are to have care for each other 1 Cor. 12:25. Paul commended Timothy to those in Philippi citing his concern for their well being Ph 2:20. Paul had concern or care for all the Churches 2 Cor 11:28.
Now like all good things we can take it too far. If we concern ourselves too severely we can overstep from Godly concern to needless worry. I hope that helps clear that up.
