Wisdom is not knowledge. Wisdom is the correct application of knowledge. I used to believe the Holy Spirit gave us some kind of illumination of the scriptures and I have even taught it. I have since studied myself out of that notion. I believe it is our responsiblity to know the truth and to rightly divide the word of God.
